Employee or customer it doesn't matter, it's theft and should not be ignored because of laziness. This is something that would take minimal time and man power to help us locate a 1000 dollar phone that was obviously stolen by someone after charging it. This casino claims to love the people of our city, yah don't expect their help even if you spend thousands there. The lost and found so called supervisor was rude and un helpful and actually hung up on me when I asked for a contact in charge of surveillance and told me he couldn't give me that info. Being it was in or near the lost and found it may have been an un loyal employee who took the phone. All they would have to do is look for someone charging a phone at that specific time at one of the outlets. What are all those cameras for then? Not to protect their high paying customers. We have a specific time and location the phone was plugged into an outlet at the casino yet security and surveillance refuse to review the cameras to help us locate the phone. Our phone was located on the map at or near the lost and found area of the casino yet it isn't in the lost and found.
Its tracking ability allows us to see the last location it was charged and turned on to update it then turned off.
